Item was described as authentic and it’s obviously a fake. I didn’t pay much for it so I didn’t pursue it with the auction house but I won’t be buying from them again.

Pioneer auction shack is a joke they fake prices on knock off items and then say sooty you own it. Must not be successful that can't show integrity to an intentional swindle! Run fast from these clowns. Number they give ********** also no one answers or replies to messages.

My main concern is the high shipping costs. This prevents me from bidding on most items. A matter that is still outstanding concerns your affiliate, Bridge City Auctions. I was billed twice & paid twice for a lot of dairy creamers. Consequently I am owed the amount of $32.98 for the overbilling. Could you please remit this amount to . . , . Thank you.

Items should be packed a little better. I have had several items broken upon delivery, however have been pretty satisfied with the auction house response.

The item that I bid on and ended up 'winning' went for $100. This auction house has run the exact same item, using the same single photo of a reproduced cast iron bank, in at least five different 'auctions' on your site. I am the ONLY bidder that has paid over $70 for this item, most of them going for $35-$65.

I am unhappy concerning my transaction from 2-27-17 concerning the shipping of the 12” sign. I was charged $12.98 which was more than the item itself. This very same item I could have had shipped from the maker of the signs for $1.40. In addition I waited one month for the item. I just received the sign on Saturday March 25th.

It has been 3 weeks since the auction and we have still not received the nine items we won bids on. We received a call from a lady telling us our items were coming from various other locations and would be delayed. There is a question of the authenticity of the items as listed and the level of professional training necessary for an auction house.

I purchased 15 Items from Pioneer Auctions, The Items mostly Locks turned out to be fake, Not what I bid on. They Items were labeled/advertised as: Yuma Prison Cast Iron Gate Padlock, Folsom State Prison Padlock, Leavenworth Cast Iron Padlock W/Keys Etc., Winchester Solid Brass PadlockW/Keys, Pony Express Gigantic cast Iron Padlock W/Keys 11.25 "tall, NSW Railways Cast Iron Crab Lock W/Keys-5" Tall, Etc. Which is what should of been Sold. I bid based on this information. Nowhere in the description or otherwise, was it mentioned that these items were fake Reproductions made in India or other Countries. Other bidders were deceived as the Bids went high, reproductions are of little value. In a reply from the seller pioneer they Stated that the items in the Auction, were not marked, Vintage or Antique. this is Irrelevant, I don't believe any of the items were marked that way. I bid only with the description provided, when you advertise a yuma prison lock, it should be a Yuma prison Lock, we bid on the computer have no way of seeing these items in person, We bid on the information provided. I only received 7 of the 15 items purchased at the pioneer Auction. They wrote that I have to wait for the remaining items. The items were supposed to have been in house, and were supposed to have been delivered. I believe they do not have the items, and are awaiting a shipment of the fake items

Three weeks passed before my first order shipped, I had to contact them three times to prove order had been paid. I would email them, no response. They would give excuses or slow or no response. Bad customer service all around.

Auction house was proactive in advising me the shipping would be delayed and they would have the items sent as soon as possible. Very professional response.

Correspondence was not very helpful. Should have marked the item as shipped, but did not do so. No response to my emails. Had to ask for help from "Live".

Although I waited two weeks to get cost of shipping from them so I could pay, they demanded payment within 24 hrs once they provided me with an amount. That seems a bit harsh, considering folks might not have access to email 24/7. Would recommend a little more flexibility such as 48 or 72 hours.

I was notified after the auction, by the Auction House, that I had the winning bid for the lot and to send 12.10 . I immediately, after receiving the e-mail, called the auction house and spoke to a woman, who acknowledged the error, no shipping charge, and she re-sent me a corrected invoice on 8/21. I then sent payment per invoice. On 8/30, I was sent the attached e-mail that Joel Casignal, client services rep. was contacting Pioneer Auction Gallery, to find out status of my purchase, which had not been received. reference # 155370. No response from anyone since 9/1, Thus my complete dissatisfaction with liveauctioneers for the way you have conducted your business. Please return my payment sent.... invoice attached for 29.08 , for purchase paid for and NOT RECEIVED! G. W. ..... Please respond that you have received my e-mail.

Assessment of Pioneer Auction Gallery Hello, Thanks for giving me the chance to evaluate Pioneer. Right away, I wish to inform you that Pioneer filed a dispute against me. I don't understand that especially that it failed to communicate with me. The gist of the problem between us is bad communication. As far as I am concerned, I communicated enough and Pioneer scarcely communicated. The amount involved is $90.75. Here are the dates involved: Feb 8, 2016-I received the invoice from the seller, Pioneer Auction Gallery, for its Feb 7, 2016 auction. Feb 9, 2016 (My first email)-After reading the invoice, I asked immediately how Pioneer intend to send me the winning item since there is no shipping cost added and so I was wondering if it is via snail mail or some other means. Unfortunately, there was no response. Feb 17, 2016-Pioneer sent me the same invoice I got on Feb 8, 2016. In the meantime, I was waiting for them to answer my Feb 9, 2016 email. March 1, 2016-Two weeks later, I received from Live Auctioneers a message that Pioneer filed a dispute re the item. March 1, 2016 (My second email)-I immediately contacted Pioneer to inform them the reason why I am not paying yet, i. e., because I am waiting for their response to my email which they just ignored. I said I will pay the amount. Still they failed to communicate. March 3, 2016 (My third email)-Exasperated, just to resolve the situation, I sent Pioneer my card details just so they will charge me $90.75 regardless on how I will receive the item, or whether or not I will receive it at all. Again, my email was ignored. March 12, 2016 (My fourth email)-I forwarded again the same March 3, 2016 email that I sent giving them my card details and put across the message how serious I am at paying them. Unfortunately, my email again was ignored. April 6, 2016-Finally after four emails contacting them, Pioneer responded by saying: "it is too late to pay f

Pioneer debited my card weeks ago, and to date, I do not have the items I paid for, fro Pioneer. I have called at least twice, and they were rude, unprofessional and have no idea where my products are. I just recently called them, threat to contact the BBB and Attorney Generals Office, cause I paid promptly for the bid items, and they should have been shipped. As of this writing, a not fe the post office came to me, saying a package was shipped, but I have still not received it yet. Pioneer never communicated to me about status of my paid for items, or status, I had to keep calling them at my time, expense and frustration. I will never do business with them again, they run a slack auction house and should be removed from online Live Auctioneers.

I've previously stated and emailed my lists of concerns with this company and the only response I get from LA is send me the links.... Um, I'm sending you the company name, dates and the bid lot number already. Anyway, this is a switch and bait company. Items being bid on have been previously sold and they are using the same pictures when presenting the items. See my email to Betsy. Very disappointed that the shipment too SO long. I was shorted by 2 items of 8 items purchased. I saw earlier (but they have since removed from their site) the SAME item I had bid on and won, sold in an earlier auction that I believe was 12/20.... the descriptions were the same except the end of the earlier sale said "rare". Hmm... I was wondering how I got one and my said "scarce". Same description but different endings. So, upon finally receiving the items 6/8 paid for.... This Zeppelin Badge # 304 WAS MISSING... as well as was Item # 126 Pilot badge that had sold earlier in 12/20 auction with the same picture. Keep in mind MY auction was 2/7. Item # 126 that I Finally RECEIVED after Calling them about both items missing, was finally received in HORRIBLE condition. Looks like it has a stain of paint dripped across the front. BTW.... it's the same picture they used for the 12/20 auction and sold it under lot # 163.... Lots of switching and baiting as I have been reviewing their sites and see "Rare" Book.... sold twice, "Rare" Civil War Drum..... sold twice... same pictures and descriptions. Wow, seems like they have a lot of RARE items but cannot produce mine that I paid for. Communication with this company is non existent. They appear to have the intellect of a 9 year old. "Oh sorry, we had already sold that...." "Oh, what do you mean by do we have an ETA on my shipment of your product?" VERY, VERY disappointed as these were a birthday project and with the delay and the fact that I already had surgery scheduled for 2/25.... short of items, did not get to complete project. WILL NEVER purchase f
