First Time Buyer
Was very impressed with how easy it was to bid, and ultimately purchase a highwaymen painting. Would definitely do it this way again. Manor Auctions were very friendly and Courteous when I picked my painting up in Vero Beach. Would definitely buy again!!!

False advertising. Description at auction made it seem an original. Invoice called it 'Recreation'
False advertising. Description at auction made it seem an original. Invoice called it 'Recreation' in first word. IF the invoice description had been used I would have never have even considered bidding. Bait and Switch. False advertising here. Spent money for a 'copy of' that was clearly known and NEVER disclosed. Live Auctioneers should drop them.

Online description clearly states that it is a recreation. You may not have read description prior to bidding... If you would like a full refund simply say, remove this post, and mail it back. The only cost to you will be your shipping charges for lack of reading description properly. ONLINE DESCRIPTION READS AS FOLLOWS: "Recreation of a late medieval sacred chant (possibly Gregorian) that pre-dates Hymms. Writing is hand written in Latin on vellum. Previous to modern music notes referred to as" Heighted Neumes "indicates age of chant. Framed 11x16.5"

Manor Auctions Communication and Response to Customer problem
Regarding shipping, the shipping company requested me almost 2 times of usual price. I sent message to Manor Auctions but they don't care. They didn't reply my message.

Don't buy from Europe!
Won a small drawing for $36,-(but without specifications of shipping). I thought that would be okay, but after paying the 36, a second invoice of $321,-came in for shipping and handling, completely overrated and disproportionate. I get shipments from the USA for similar items at $24. I wrote a mail, but never any answer. Very sorry for liveauctioneers, I enjoyed the auctions, but this not okay.

It was listed as an L4 and it is an ES 125/ES 100
The pictures only showed the the back damage and not the side. During the auction I was the highest bidder for another guitar and they said "the person in the audience won because I was not able to bid higher". He supposedly was in the audience but when I called he was having it shipped. Either they dont treat online bidders the the same or I was lied to. Either way I dont trust this site and will not bid with them again! The fact they labeled this as an L4 is untruthful. Very dissatisfied.
