They keep your money and the lot you won!!!!!!!!!!!
Won lot on December 7, 2019. My payment cleared my bank December 12th. Have called numerous times and it is now February 11, 2020. They have my money and the item. They do not respond to emails or phone messages. They are a real disappointment!!!! BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good experience
Item was as described and communication with the auction house was easy. The second-party shipping was very expensive and the packaging was way over the top (an entire garbage bag of foam peanuts) relative to the item.

Horrible experience!
I just received the camera I purchased from them and I am really upset!!! The camera condition was listed as “Like New” other than "small plastic part on top damaged” That was a total misrepresentation of the condition. “Like new is a fully functional camera!!! … … This camera is completely non-functional!!! non functioning shutter control, non functioning film advance! ….. There is basically NOTHING working on this camera ….. I have asked for a refund for my purchase price, as well as the rather exorbitant shipping costs I was charged and want them to pay to have it shipped back as well … …. This transaction should have no out of pocket expenses for me. This is really unacceptable on every level ….. Their use of “Like New” is astounding when selling a non functioning camera that should have been described as “NON FUNCTIONAL_FOR PARTS ONLY!!” I am waiting to hear back from them and If they respond in any kind of positive manor I will repost another review.

Lied about location.
The auction posted that it was located in Vero Beach, Florida, close to my home. It was actually in Jacksonville, Florida which is not. I had to pay over $500.00 for shipping that I should not have had to pay. I am very upset.

Appreciate In-house shipping
This was one of the auction house that offers in-house shipping. It was reasonably priced. When I looked at other auction houses that use outside shipping, the charges were outrageous to pack and ship the items. So their in-house option is GREAT

Item was broken.
I finally had to cancel the charge. I packed up the broken crystal for them to pick up and it is still at my office.

VERY REPUTABLE
I like dealing with Manor because they notify you immediately when you win, and send your invoice almost as quickly. They make it simple for you to pay with a credit card so you can take care of your business and not have to worry that no one has contacted you yet. Then they shipped the item immediately; I received it three days later.

Accuracy of infor,
I have bought several items from Manor and this was not my best experience. No measurements were provide and the photos were not at all representative of the size of earrings. The gemstones were described as Tourmaline and the test as Rhodolite Garnet.
