The worst experience. Two Armani figurines arrived damaged. Two LLadro figurines were not delivered at all.

Was very satisfied with this auction house. They were very easy to deal with and even held our merchandise until we could pick up.

Great experiences on several occasions. With my last purchase the auction house owner Paul was nice enough to meet me near my residence so he could hand deliver a great Highwaymen M. A. Carroll that I purchased.

In fact it is quite difficult to answer your questions today. In fact I have paid my bill April 6 and have requested delivery to an address in New York. I paid the invoice delivery costs. We are April 13 and I still have not received the tracking number and the subject has not yet been delivered. I sent an email recovery yesterday and got no response. So it's a bit "annoying"

I have never had anyone be less helpful. I became very stressed over the ordeal and relayed that to them but still just awful service.
