Wonderful stuff and extremely helpful on pick up
They group terrific items together. They are always better than pictured. The front office is very helpful, too.

Customer service is alive and well
Ran into an unexpected transport expense that made the item cost prohibitive (my fault entirely). They were very understanding and just relisted the items. Thanks guys!!

Problem promptly resolved
Copake is a good auction house. I have done business with them in the past and will do so again in the future. For this review, my auction item — prior to the auction — had been badly damaged and then framed. The auction house did not know this and correspondingly did not note this in making their listing, but when it was brought to their attention they immediately accepted the return of the work. The shipper who sent this overcharged me, as I was able to return the work for less than one quarter of the price paid to ship it to me. Shipping costs for live auction items are spiraling out of control. This is not Copake's fault, but I encourage all auction houses to note that overpriced shipping serves auction houses poorly. Again, Copake is a trustworthy auction house and I will do business with them again without hesitation.

Everyone at Copake is professional, responsive and easy to deal with. They are one of the few hoses I could say those things about.
