Mike, Seth and their staff are excellent to deal with for both buying and selling. They are honest, and very accommodating and very quick in settling with consignors. Copake Auctions is our go to company.

Copakes has always been helpful in providing pre bidding condition reports when requested, helpful in enabling any bidding requests, and helpful in coordinating shipping. Every individual I have been in contact with at the auction house has always been friendly and helpful. I think they realize that in providing good service to those who cannot see the items in person, they will build repeat business. Friendly, dependable, honest service will get my business every time. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH PURCHASING AN ITEM LISTED AS A "RIFLE" WHEN IT WAS JUST A CHEAP REPLICA. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A CREDIT, BUT I STILL HAVE A SOUR TASTE FROM THE EXPERIENCE.

Was disappointed that boxes looked sealed but had been opened from the bottom and mostly empty on one item.

Shipping options limited. Would have liked to have my item shipped by USPS Priority Mail, but was limited to USPS Parcel Select and FedEx. FedEx was expensive but more reliable so I used it. It was just a small item that was shipped, but it still cost about $61. It took awhile to get it shipped, but I realize that there were about 10 auctions the shippers were handling.

I live in the region where Copake is.... I find them always to be clear, professional and pleasant to deal with. They always have a good selection of quality American Primitive items-so I look forward to each auction they produce.

the shipper is over charging i wont do business with you again, they also told me a different shipper had my items, wich i still dont have, would only send fed........ never again
