the images of the goods were not detailed enough. There were 2 Chinese scrolls and both were photographed together, with the larger one being cropped off so you couldn't see all the detail.

Bidding through Live Auctioneers was too slow to keep up with the actual live auction. I also didn't like that my bid was automatically raised when someone else placed the same bid and got it in just before me. I am unlikely to use the system again.

Copake Auction is GREAT! I have really found wonderful things there and they are very nice and helpful.

Live very close so shipping not a concern. Picked up locally.

The recommended shipper could not find my piece. Took multiple calls and almost a week for them to find the item and get it shipped. Shipping costs were high actual shipping cost would have been $14. Was charged $32 so packaging was $18. I got these costs from ups no account rates and rounded to the nearest dollar.

Live auctioneers isn't a customer friendly resource. It's not smooth. And great payment and shipping aspects of the site are non existent. It's too bad.
