I bought this painting as a gift, and I let the birthday boy open it himself. It was packaged so well, it took at least 10 minutes to free the painting from the amazing wrapping job. The painting was a hit, and I am so happy with the entire experience.

I was unaware that I would be responsible for shipping my auction item because my previous experience with auctions, the auction house always handled the shipping. My item was sent to a UPS store and it took me a month to receive my item. I will never participate in another Copake auction. Buyer beware!

The staff at copake was amazing. Not only did he help me load the items I purchased, but I had traveled from out of state and was having car trouble, and they sent me to a local mechanic who checked out my vehicle for safety, and wouldn't take any money for the help.

Everything went smoothly.

I needed to ship two bicycle tires to my home. I picked the UPS Store, thinking this would be the most cost effective and reliable. I called them twice for questions shipping payment over a two week period. One representative indicated they were handling two auction houses and to call after a week. I finally emailed the store after more than two weeks after the auction and received a response. They sent me an invoice for $175.00 for shipping two bicycle tires with a credit card authorization. I called and told the store I thought the cost was exorbitant and received an OK to send a check. Please check shipping as the shipping cost twice as much what I paid for the auction items.

Very easy company to deal with. Pleasant, respectful and accurate. I hope to bid on and buy more items from Copake in the future.
