Buyer did not want to pay for the shipping cost, it was a large item, our UPS store packed it and didn't receive payment for that service, item was returned and another quote was sent (for less than UPS quote), buyer did not respond, item remains here and buyer has been contacted and not contacted us back.

Buyer contacted us months after purchasing the lot and too much time had gone by to reasonably deal with it. We offered to resell the item for no commission. We always try work with buyers but there has to be a reasonable time frame.

So kind and genuinely helpful! I won a very large item without having checked on shipping in advance. The team at Copake did everything they could to help, and ultimately offered to re-list my item in the next auction so I didn't have to lose the full payment.
