So kind and genuinely helpful! I won a very large item without having checked on shipping in advance. The team at Copake did everything they could to help, and ultimately offered to re-list my item in the next auction so I didn't have to lose the full payment. Problems like this can be so frustrating, but Copake made it a pleasant experience. I am so impressed with their active help. Thank you.

Beware! Shipping is outrageous from the local UPS vendor there!
Never again from this auction house. The local UPS shop that picks up there charged me $185 for one 17x21 (total) framed print. Outrageous compared to many other items I’ve had shipped, even recently.. Even allowing for recent inflation, it’s way out of line. Captive audience, I guess. If the claim is that it’s “just the cost of doing business there”, I’m out … plenty of other auction venues online.

Sorry you weren't happy with the UPS store, generally they are pretty good, that being said sometimes shipping is beyond our control and can be expensive, I wish you could have reached out to us and we could have tried and figure something else out instead of hitting us with a negative as we are very reasonable to work with.
