Got 2 quotes 1 from country Postman $85 1 UPS Store 5539 rough quote was $70 asked for flat pack ended up charging me 120 five layers of bubble wrap in a giant box for a flat portfolio but I guess it looked more expensive so she could up charge me 50 bucks don't use her again. Use country Postman instead

Terrific experience with this auction house. We even had a terrific discussion about motorcycles when I called to pay for my purchase. Super fast and fair shipping fees. What's not to like?

My first purchase from Copake came with a little learning curve. Item was as described, and once it was in the hands of their shipper, arrived quickly and well packed. They use UPS, which costs more than USPS, so keep that in mind. The shipper called my cell instead of home, but now I know to check my voicemails regarding shipping in the future. Another thing to make sure of is that you check your email SPAM folder as my sales invoice went into mine. But once I got it, everything went smoothly. So Copake was fine, I just had to learn their post-auction procedures.

I did not contact the seller yet regarding my purchase, I will update once I have information from them (if this site allows). For now, they showed one photo presenting a tool bag with tools. I was after the tool bag, and to receive it only to discover a large tear (approx 2 inches) on the back of it, that was taped with shipping tape.

Once again, I was very happy with my purchases at the recent Copake Auction. The items arrived as good or better than expected. The shipping company they recommended-The Country Postman-did a great job of collecting the items, safely packing them, and shipping them very quickly. The packing and shipping charges were reasonable and their service was great. Looking forward to future purchases from Copake. Thanks.

GOOD AUCVTION COMPANY.

The item I purchased had no description — only the name and dimensions, but I already knew that. The condition report was non-existent — only two images: overall and closeup of the signature. The poster was in bad shape, with lots of tape and glue residue. I should have emailed and ask about more photos, images, etc. You live, you learn. They give you an address to a local UPS store for shipping. Get this; I had to paid to have a poster delivered for over $50 — the distance of 100 miles. Crazy!

Great purchase was very simple and customer service was great. Shipping was fast A + + + + +

Gun was missing a vital part and was not disclosed no pictures showing missing part … fire tube missing
