I bought a silver piece that had a decorative treatment to the outside. The auction house taped price and item tags to the item and when I got home and removed the tape it lifted the surface off the item. I haven't called or said anything about this and will probably throw the item out.

The process of requiring so many authorization forms can be daunting and can keep some potential bidders from bidding again, like myself.

The shippers listed were not the least expensive in the area and quality of shpping is marginal.
