Very efficient and friendly staff. Although they do not pack and ship they referred me to a local shipper that was excellent. One of the smoothest international transactions I done in 30 years of buying art and antiques.

In my experience Roland Auctions has always responded well to any questions or concerns especially when there is a slight miscommunication. They care for their customers and always try to do well for them. I have done business with them and will continue.

Roland was responsible and understanding regarding a bidding error on LiveAuctioneers... so I did not make a purchase this time around, hence these questions do not apply. BUT I am a repeat customer, having purchased many items from Roland via LiveAuctioneers over the past four years or so (excepting the last two years). Nothing but positive experience with Roland.

Auction house packed and shipped the wrong lot. The lot received was not even in the sale catalog. Sloppy

the ups shipper they use is horrible-it took me a month and 8 phone calls to get them to send my first item-i purchased a lot in their last sale and have called at least 6 times and still have not received it-these were and are easily packed items-

They should allow a reasonable grace period-up to two weeks, possibly-before sending items to UPS and charging storage fees.
