They sold damaged goods and are not accepting responsibility. They should not be allowed to do business through Liveauctioneers.

Not sure if the problem was really caused by them or liveauctioneers but this was a crapy experience and the while I was trying to get an answer fron Roland, they reported dispute, & Liveauctioneers, basically froze my account. So, I don't want to do business with Roland (in past bought + sold through them) and also will avoid Liveauctioneers!

This is a remark about YOU LIVE AUCTIONEERS. Time and again I have seen Roland insert pictures and descriptions of items up for auction which do not get loaded into the web site for days. Many times the internal version of their web site does not match the external one. Furthermore, the web site is sluggish, sometimes the catalog images do not load, and I have had to register for an auction several times before the approval takes.

I called. Had no notice.... to find out must pickup in 3 days or items would be sent to warehouse. Should send email with terms and options for delivery.
