THE WORST AUCTION I EVER BEEN ON
THIS AUCTION HOUSE IS BAD, THE ITEMS I BU = OUGHT WERE JUNK, THE SHIPPER WANTED A CRAZY PRICE LIKE $400.00 FOR SHIPPING, I TOLD THEM TO THROUGHT EVERYTHING IN THE GARBAGE THEY SENT THE JUNK BACK TO ROLAND, IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BETTER LOOK REAL CLOSE, AND FOR SURE GET A SHIPPING COST

Roland makes things right
There was a small issue with my planned pickup of the item won from Roland but they went out of their way to make everything right. I can't say enough positive about working with them and how well they handled what could have been a difficult situation. Thank you! I will watch for Roland's auctions in the future.
