They missed a bid that I made, which I made early and very quickly. It said that it was sending the bid and then immediately it said SOLD to another bidder. They never even waited 1 second for another bid or said last call. Very disappointing.

I had asked repeatedly via email for a copy of the paid receipt. I found it in the delivered package when the won lots arrived. I suspect that they were so busy they did not have bandwidth to reply instead just including the paid receipt with the shipment.

No condition report in the auction record. A reputable auction house should have had condition report in the auction record.
