Item ok, slow and expensive shipping
Everything went well with the auction house, object carefully described, accompanied by good photographs. The expedition was a terrible experience. Very expensive and very slow. One month for the item to arrive at my home. The responsibility does not lie with the auction house, but perhaps it should better select the consignors to recommend.

Great Bidding Experience!
I had a great experience with Abell Auction. Bidding online was very easy, I received the invoice on the same day after the auction for the day was finished. I called the next day to ask questions regarding details for pick up, since I hired a shipper to pick up my items, and the person on the phone was very helpfulI and answered all of my questions. She told me that my items were ready for pick up since I have already made my payment online with a credit card. She told me everything I needed for my shipper to have ready when picking up my items and including the time frame for pick up. It's also good to know that they offer in-house shipping and provide a quote for the shipping service for those who don't have experience in hiring their own shipper. Overall I was very happy with my experience!

Easy direct transaction; fine quality item
Process first to last was uncomplicated. Wonderful to have shipping handled in-house. Packing and shipment was reasonable for complexity and weight of the bronze statue. Never have I received any shipment better protected! Thank you!

Great place to buy items
The lots are all accurately described. No guessing as to size. Very fast billing and checkout. Agents at auction are all great and knowledgeable. Found items in Hugh inventory very fast.
