If the auction house has its own packing/shipping department it will be much easier and convenient for the customers!

I wish they had pickup available on weekends. I live over 500 mi away and had to miss 2 days off from work to drive down and pick my item up since they are not open weekends and would charge me storage after 5 days. I considered the item too delicate to ship. If you sell on a Saturday you should allow pickup on a Saturday and allow a week to pick up items

The in house Shipper is a joy to work with. I do have a problem, not just with Du Mouchelles, but all auction houses in the costs of the outside shippers. It seems they often make more than the item is worth. I love the items I have purchased through Du Mouchelles and will definitely shop with them again and again.
