I was bidding live online at the time of the auction. Soulis took a floor bid on an item instead of my online bid that was initially accepted then changed to the floor bidder. My bid was even higher than the floor bid. This is frustrating when auction firms advertise online then give a lot to the floor bidder over the online active bidder. Respectfully, Jack

Not only were the workers for Soulis Auctions knowledgeable about their items but they were accommodating and sensitive to my needs as a special needs client. They are very professional and I am continuing to be a client!

I was very impressed with how Soulis ran their auction and how easy the payment and shipping process was. Also the packing was very professional and the box arrived quickly. They should be an example for other, often more famous, auction houses.

I would like to remark that the personnel of Soulis Auction House are extremely friendly and patient. Also-the packing of the two antique clocks that I bought was extremely well done.

live broadcast was great the ringman made there round even with camera shots that was a must when bidding online clear calling just overall great this is how internet bidding should be just great

Excellent customer service and their shipping services were the best I have ever had. They did not overcharge for shipping at all and packaging was superb! Their live camera feed was great as well.

The auction house provided an in-house pack and ship option. Although this was convenient, they should have stipulated that Fedex needed to obtain a signature for receipt. We were not home when the package was delivered. You do not leave a piece of artwork, worth thousands of dollars, leaning up against a garage in the rain without knowing that it might be there for days, unattended.

Getting a seamless shipping experience is the major problem in dealing with auction houses, large or small. Some are excellent and reliable (Dirk Soulis in Kansas City, Rachel Davis in Cleveland) but most involve dealing with a shipping stor and are time-consuming, inconvenient, and slow. The contrast between the bulk of ecommerce (free shipping, shorter and shorter delivery times) and the situation with online auctions is striking and making online auction shopping increasingly unappealing.

their condition report on porcelain figure was entirely wrong, said no damage, no repair, yet when I received item I saw that there was restoration to neck (head had been reattached) and fingers.
