No problem
PayPal don’t work for me as reject as no reason as I had it before so I did write personal check as wait till clear as no complaints as patient till ship fee over phone on credit card and I got them today and open three items as good as no broken as last thing annoy item number stickers were difficult to remove. But I am satisfied with auction as good name business

Antique mantel clock-excellent purchase
Soulis Auctions provided an accurate, thoroughly-photographed depiction of the auction item. Yes, the clock was in working order after shipping. No, the clock was NOT damaged in shipping. I will definitely bid on future Soulis Auctions as mine was a very positive experience. Highly recommend Soulis Auctions!

Be very leery/cautious when buying from this auction house.
I purchased a very expensive antique French clock from Soulis Auction in December, 2020. The clock was missing an integral part of the clock movement and as such, the clock was clearly not as described by the auction house (admittedly so in writing to me by the auctioneer. My advice, based on my experience, is to be very leery/cautious when buying from this auction house. I wish I had been

A gem itself among it's rare lots
Even though Soulis has rare items, Soulis itself is a rare gem among all auctioneers. Offers FAIR pricing on shipping AND OFFERS SHIPPING. I honestly believe they make zero profit on shipping because I have seen others bill extravagant prices for shipping. After their last auction there was mistake in billing. I paid the day of the auction, but so many invoices were paid that my payment was lost in the masses. After about a week of waiting, I was invoiced again! I thought, "uh oh, better give them a call." When the mistake was recognized, they were able to find my payment and they moved my items to the top of the shipment list! I received my items SO FAST, even on the average. I have waited WEEKS with previous auctioneers and I am SO VERY IMPRESSED WITH SOULIS AUCTIONS. Please buy and trust from Soulis Auctions; you will regret buying from any other house.

Great auction house!
I usually try to find an auction house that does in house shipping because its less hassle and usually cheaper. Soulis auctions did an awesome job packing my piece with very reasonable shipping. They are one of my favorite auction houses. Plus their item descriptions are very good.

Excellent in-house shipping.
Unlike most auction houses, Soulis handled shipping in-house, for a straightforward, honest fee. They simplified the process and expedited shipping. A great auction house with a novel approach to something that is usually a hassle.

Repeat Customer
I have made a number of purchases from Soulis over the years and I've always been impressed by their operations. From the website to the live auction to the billing and packaging/shipping process-all of my experiences have been smooth ones. I wish my local auction house in Chevy Chase Maryland was run this efficiently.

Superb Shipping
So convenient to purchase from Soulis since they handled the packing and shipping. Large item was beautifully packed (thought I wish Soulis would use biodegradable packing peanuts) and arrived in pristine condition.
