I have had multiple transactions with Quinn's and every time it has been a very easy, pleasant process. They also provide some of the best customer server I have every experienced. The one time I had an issue with something it was responded to, addressed and resolved within 24 hours. No hassle or run around like some other places I have dealt with in the past. I look forward to more auctions from this great auction house.

I was an online bidder and won one item. They were hard to get in touch with before the auction to get an estimate on shipping cost, and after to pay and get shipped.

I placed bids with live auctioneers that where way above the selling price and never was the high bidder. I called you lot and you said it was the auctioneers problem. I called the auctioneer and they said it was your problem. I think live auctioneers is run very badly but I have no choice but to keep using you. FEEDBack. Your ********** total **********

I have yet to receive vol. so can't accurately comment on first question. Packing and shipping was initially as high as $90, then dropped to around $15, then rose again to around $50, and finally settled at $10 or $13, I lost count. I was invoiced by at least 3 individuals. To be fair, I think this was due to a retiree and someone new to the job.

Quinn's Auction was fine. However there are other auction houses on your network that are knowingly selling new merchandise and describing it as old. All this is doing is hurting your reputation. In addition the new category of auctions that are obviously single people pushing their Wares such as Oriental Rugs is not helping your image either. If you want some background on what I have to say don't hesitate to contact me.

The auctioneer moved along before the bids were able to get through via Live Auctioneers, so I was still actively pressing the bid button and bidding when he closed down each item. This happened several times and I was very disappointed.

The item was incorrectly described, but the auction house agreed to a refund when I returned it. Only one of three potential pack and shippers responded with a quote which was very high. I have had enough of UPS stores and I am trying to avoid auctioneers which do not have in-house shipping.

It is too bad to shipping to a collector a broken statue in many many pieces. Disappointment!!!

It is a pity that the auction house does not manage the shipment. For foreign bidders it is often not easy to organise that.

Shipping costs were very high over $400 for the items purchased. Paid another dealer to get the items for me. More then likely will not buy from them again.

The phone left messages which were never called me back Most of the time They did not answere calls. The receptionist said one of e owners would call me back to facilitate the card info and none called me back. that delayed them getting my credit card info. And that caused a delay in me getting the item

They received and cashed the check i mailed to pay for the item but did not cash the che ck i sent for the shipping. So i have not gotten my item and they filed a grievance against me. nice.

Quinn's and specifically Monika Schiavo, could not have been more professional or encouraging to the new collector. I would recommend them to any person buying or selling and look forward to more work with them in the future. The process was a pleasure from start to finish and I got great stuff too!

I didn't use the shipping service. I live in Northern Virginia and drove in to pick up the items. I spent a lot of time trying to find the place. Perhaps, a better set of directions would help customers find the place a little easier. Please note that this did not detract from a solid customer service experience. Really, quite lovely people (and in the past year I've bought from at least a dozen houses, big to small, and there are definite examples of unscrupulous, deceitful practices-in fact, there probably should be regulation to shut down the ones who cheat the customer). The only issue of note: an item I'd won had mention of damage in a particular place but, no photo actually showed it-seeing that part could be helpful. Kudos to You for caring. When dealing with Invaluable, when an auction house gives the customer's item (with his bid amount) to another, or keeps it when finding it's more valuable than thought THEY just tell you to go fish! So, Thanks [ on behalf of all of us ].

Auction was nearly two weeks ago and my purchase still has not been shipped. Also, I have not received a response to my email inquiring about when they would be shipping my item.

I won this auction almost a month ago and contacted the auction house through Live Auctioneers and never received an invoice to pay for my purchase. No reply to my emails. Very disappointed. Terry
