Nothing but the best fast shipping

At Quinn's, I won a small antique item for $120.00. They wanted $120.00 to ship it to me! $20.00 and $40.00 is what I was charged by two other Live Auctioneer's Auction Houses for the same exact type of items. When I contacted Quinn's, they questioned the validity of my earlier cited lesser shipping charges. I sent them the paid invoices, which also showed the shipping charges. No reply from Quinn's, as of yet, as to why they charge their Live Auctioneer's bidders 3-4X's more than other other Auction Houses. Remember, you have to pay them upfront before they will tell you the shipping charges!

Items were shipped well and carefully, and in good time. Happy with the items, too. Can't ask for anything more than that!

Wonderful people! This painting was too large to fit in my Prius (my fault for not paying attention to measurements). They carried it out and tried anyway, then carried it back in. Printed me the list of shippers. Carried it out again a week later when I returned with a larger vehicle. I will happily bid there in the future.

Very happy with the items purchased and the speedy processing. Quinns went above and beyond helping me. I was unable to go into the store for pickup due to an injury. They carried my items down, went back upstairs for supplies, and even loaded them in my car for me. Super impressed!

I bought a pen from them, in good shape overall except a missing converter, which should be mentioned in description. BTW, they do not have internal shipping, third party costs $26 for a single pen w/its box.

Great service. Textiles were on boards that were large. Corrie was great, and worked with me to figure out a way to fold the boards without damaging the textiles in order to ship them.

Dishonest on condition. Blamed shipper. Buried Evidence by taking their images down from their description of lot 122 that showed damage of hairline crack. I specifically asked about concerns I had on a possible hairline/restoration, and I was assured repeatedly that the plates were covered with dirt & grease & that the line I saw was made by the wire that held the plate to the wall. As usual it is always the Coverup that compounds the total dishonesty of this auction house. I have the plate & I have their images from their catalog that blatantly shows the damage that was present before shipment.

The item was just as described and arrived very promptly. Very happy with this experience.

The auction house doesn't ship small items (I purchased a fountain pen). You are forced to outsource to a third party that overcharges for pickup and shipping.
