I has high bidder on 2 watches descriptions stated both 14 kt gold. One watch was gold filled one was 14kt, watch number 1 stated it was not working and was tested 14kt it was not 14kt it was gold filled. Watch number 2 did not state it was not working but it was 14kt gold. So I tried to contact them many time but they never contacted me!!! I paid 3200.00 for item that were not as described!! Very upset about this experience

We had two large pieces to pick up and everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful.

Tried calling for shippers to pick up, no response. Sent someone and the same thing. They don't answer the phone, don't return calls. I thought it was the shipper, but now I'm thinking it was the lack of costumer service. The only one to respond was the bookkeeper, Lori. That woman was great. Will stay away from them in the future.

I bought two cabinets from this auction house. My shipper tried to pick them up twice but failed because the bad weather and covid-19 problem. My shipper take the third time today but be told the items were no longer in the auction house. They were abandoned since the pickup period was passed. I didn't receive any call or email regarding this matter. I am willing to pay fee for late pick up but the auction house did not want to answer my questions where the items are. I am very dissatisfied what the auction house did that for me.

A lot of problems with payment process, extremly high postage and extremly awful packing job, put all my won items without any additional or adequate wrapping in a way too big box. Unfortunately I can't add scans to show the miserable status as it arrived in my suite.
