The shipping company UPS 4602 recommended by the gallery had poor packing, irresponsible employers and all the items were broken. UPS will probably not pay for the auction premium 27 % for the full lost.

Great auction house to work with! Lorrie Taylor was especially helpful and guided me through a challenge that occurred due to my spam mail. I will always be grateful to Quinn’s auction house and the excellent job they did with getting things sorted and getting my item to me.

Despite the constriction of operating under COVID guidelines, everything was professionally and promptly done! Will most definitely be back.

All descriptions were very accurate and personnel were very helpful.

The description was not accurate, because the item did not work. They said the item worked good. They do not answer e-mails if you have a question about an item. They say in there auction guidelines that they ship in house, and they do not. I should have read the other reviews, then I would not have bid in their auction.

I found using the app to bid and keep track of the item I was interested in, and eventually won, to be very user friendly. The questions I had after winning the item were answered promptly. I am very happy with the item, and Quinn’s. I would recommend.
