I have mixed feelings about my experience with Quinn's Auction Galleries High End Audio Sale 1/22/2020. I won 3 different lots. I was on holidays when I participated in the auction. So when I finally returned from holidays I had the chance to open my packages. I purchased an amp & high end audio cables. A 3rd party shipper was used to pick pack & ship my items. The items were packed perfectly & arrived safe & sound. Unfortunately the sets of audio cables I had won were not in the box. There were audio cables, just not the ones I had won. The odd thing was the tags on them were the correct lot numbers. So either the cables were the right lot numbers & photographed in the wrong lot or someone had switched the high end cables I purchased with a couple of very cheap ones from the same auction. If I had not been away & able to open the box as soon as it arrived I might have gotten it sorted. I contacted Quinn's & explained the situation. Lori was the one who helped me out. She was very helpful. I was a bit abrupt & probably should have been a little more relaxed. I was just very frustrated & annoyed about the situation as I was expecting one thing & received another & felt ripped off. A bait & switch as it were. I had no hopes of getting the correct cables back as a month had passed already. But I did receive a refund. I hope they have camera footage of the thieves as the gallery is the one who looses out in the end in this situation.

Thanks for a lesson in how to get ripped off by a auction house. I bought a toy motorcycle 7 "long at there last sale. The cost was $260.00 but by the time they added there insane buyers premium of 27 % plus 4 % charge for credit card that makes it 31 %, plus $14.70 to pick it up and put it in a box with bubblewrap, plus charging me $38.00 shipping on a 7" toy that i can send anywhere in the lower 48 for $12.00 to $15.00 plus insurance it only cost me $384.00 for a $260.00 toy. I will NEVER NEVER buy another thing from Quinns auction house again and i just want to say BUYER BEWARE.

I did have a problem with an auction purchase due to some ambiguous information on shipping. However, they dealt with me fairly and honestly, like a business owner that was my next-door neighbor, and resolved the issue more favorably than I had hoped. I HIGHLY recommend them, and will bid on their items again.

It's been 20 days since I paid my invoice arranged the shipping with one of the refereed UPS store. I'm still waiting my items and the auction house did not know that they had the item or released it. First, they told me that item was released to my shipper, then next day shipper called me that they wouldn't release the item to him. It is really hard to reach the action house by phone, always go to answering machine. Bad customer service and slow respond. I believe every bad review here complaining about bad customer service, slow respond and shipping time. I'll never bid on this auction house. If you need lots of coordination with the auction house... well, you're in deep trouble.

Buyer beware is made for this auction. Selling dried up mounts that are old and beyond repair. I’ve purchased dozens of Bear rugs and this is the worst that I’ve ever seen. I showed it to two taxidermists and they both laughed. Quinnns can’t be trusted. I sent notice to them and no response Buyers be very very aware.

I purchased a Celine bag and I was worried about the condition as the price was very low. However, once the bag arrived I was thrilled. The condition was even better then stated. We were very pleased and would love to shop here again.

This auction house charges an additional 4 % for online bidders on top of the 23 % premium. What's worse, they add another 4 % "processing" fee for using a credit card to make payment. While these fees are stated within their terms, they are not put forward in any obvious way and are easy to overlook.
