I have done business with Quinn's Auction Galleries several times. They are accurate in their listings and very reasonable on items that are shipped in house. In this event one lot awarded to me according to liveauctioneers was sold by the auctioneer to a floor bidder, but this problem is not uncommon with liveauctioneers and I hesitate to blame the auction house. That said, I recommend QAG highly and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

A wonderful auction where one could buy fascinating pieces-in my case, an Ancient Torah Scroll Fragment with certificate. Actually, the certificate is a one-page letter, which is a detailed narrative that authenticates the piece. To me, this is far more valuable and much, much better than a certificate. The letter is an education in itself. The Torah Scroll was packed for shipping professionally and securely, so all was completely safe during shipping. The Torah Scroll is absolutely incredible, and I cannot believe that I own something like this. I will find out which Torah portion it is part of and cherish this heirloom for years to come. Live locally and have been attending auctions at QUINN'S for many years and will continue to do so.

I was satisfied with the pieces I purchased.. the quality of the items were as anticipated.... however I was caught unaware by the estimates of the cost of shipping the items. I used one of the shippers you recommended and they did a great job of safe packing and mailing.

An ordeal from start to finish using the UPS STORE 6725! Speaking with the clerks on duty was a fruitless exercise as to WHY my card was not being accepted by their "system," until the franchisee himself explained that HE "doesn't accept debit card payments" because of "security issues." I wouldn't recommend either this auction house OR the use of UPS at all after the ********** I went thru for this item.

I would have liked more information on the provenance of the item. I asked and they only provided that it was aquired from the artist by the consigner. Since the item is around 50 years old I was hoping they could provide the year of acquisition and if it was a purchase or gift. Any original cost or paperwork would be great. I don't know if the consigner was local to the auction house or in the Southwest. I like to know the details on the items I collect, more so than some other collectors. It often helps out the piece in perspective.

It took a bit of time for payment and shipping because of the holiday season, but Ms. Taylor and the office staff at Quinn's all seemed genuinely smart, responsive and considerate of my concerns. I had a feeling of trust and confidence buying from them. Thanks again!

Very slow to respond to calls. Did not receive invoice for two weeks after many unreturned calls and unanswered emails. There is no online payment set up.

listing a water color as an oil painting is fraudulent. i did accept their offer to refund to me 70.00 dollars as partial payment for shipping cost. this has not been sent.

no one answer the phone, no one retune the phone call.

item was listed as an oil painting/it was not. it was a water color with foxing stains. i called quinn and was told it was in error and would send a ck. for $70.00 this has not been sent. this item would usually go for 100. to 125. in good condition.

It is now almost a WEEK I am waiting for your shipping quotation. And you don't answer my emails.
