I never miss looking at the Concept Art catalogues. There are always great pieces by well known artists as well as hidden gems. Bidding is easy and the gallery staff are knowledgeable and provide excellent service. One of my favorites.

Quick and concise response to my questions after winning the bid and very smooth transaction. The shipping company that we used from this gallery was excellent as well. Would definitely do business again.

The auction house did a great job getting invoice out and accepting my payment. The auction house uses third parties to ship and those shippers are not cheap. The description also noted the bank was cast iron but there was a piece that was not. So look careful at pictures since they do not always match the description. But I got a great price on my lot. Overall happy.

I've purchased about 20 items from Concept over the past several years. The pictures and descriptions always match the item I receive. I've yet to be disappointed. They answer questions quickly. They also have very good shipping options. The PakMail they referred me to-Anna is the contact person-was exceptional. Very pleased. Highly recommended.

The item is great and Concept Gallery has been responsive to my issues but shipping has been difficult. I was given several possible shippers and a shipping company called and I agreed to their terms. We also agreed to ship UPS. The next day UPS called and I was confused why they were calling after the agreement I had made with the company previously. I agreed again but the price was slightly lower. I thought, "great", I'm saving a dollar. A few days later the shipping company called saying they had gone to Concept and the item was gone, taken by the UPS Store. Since it was shipping via UPS and both companies called, I had gotten confused and agreed to ship with one and then the other. UPS Store was angry but I had them return it to Concept and the first company got it again. This being inundated with potential shippers is a problem I encounter and as I am writing an important paper, I'm not concentrating on shipping an item. It may be my problem but its annoying and time consuming

Concept Art Gallery is a first-class operation, and I have been dealing with them for some 40 years (depending on when they actually started, of course;)). They have always been efficient, fair, and honest. I have now won several items from their auctions, and have always been happy with the quality of the items and their service.

As a routine auction buyer I have found this company to be one of the best when it comes to not overcharging someone for a winning item. They treated me fairly and their shipping charges were more than fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others who use on line auctions. Excellent communication is a good way to describe their business practices. Great company
