inadvertent error w/bid. Immediately contacted Mannys & guy@ loss how2help. Stuck w/item not intended.
Very nice but unable to assist me with bid on item that was inadvertent error. Time to cancel was running quickly and they had no idea what to do or what to tell me. Suggested I try liveauctioneers. Before I could even try liveauctioneers, cause Mannys could not help me, the bid went through! and I got stuck with an item, that I neither wanted, nor intended to buy. Lot of money to be out: $370 plus fees, taxes, commissions and shipping. Over $500.! It was not something that couldnt be righted, and it was something I was entitled to withdraw. The fact that the auction house could not help me is very upsetting and was a big expense to me. Still very upset about it. The auction houses should know how to help their clients/bidders. If this one did I would not have been prejudiced by this event. I thought at the very least they should have offered to cancel the sale, but no such offer was made.

This was my first experience with an online auction
“This was my first experience with an online auction. I never received my won items. Manny’s shipped via USPS requiring a signature. USPS tracking said the items were delivered to a person. I was out of the country and live by myself so this would have been impossible. I have a ring camera and there were no recordings showing this delivery being made. I contacted Manny’s and he was helpful in getting my credit card to accept my dispute so that I wasn’t charged for the items I did not receive. I will try again with Manny’s!”
