I was extremely pleased with the item I purchase, but...
I tried to contact them to let them know how much I was pleased, but they did not get back to me. No worries. They are very busy I'm sure. It's just that the item was SO beautiful and was worth far more than I paid. I was very happy. It was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. Thank you, "Manny's" so much!

Customers payment failed 3 times. Blames me for the failure when the payment doesnt go through. Bids on item again, wins and then proceeds to tell me to "F U Im not paying". Sellers beware

Seller's should consider that technology has it glitches.
Was very unwilling to work with me on resolving my account issues. My account was hacked and three of my credit cards were gotten into. Over $52, 000 worth of issues I needed to tackle at one time. I even offered to pay them directly. Didn't get nowhere. Now I am declined from ever making a purchase from Manny's

I deal with fraudsters on a consistent basis. Not my fault your CC got declined 3 times by Live, not me. I gave you other options of sending a MO or certified check to which you did not respond. Sellers beware

Disappointed
Band is very bent. I've purchased a few rings and this one is the only one I've been disappointed with the quality. Realize this is previously worn but it's not the quality I've seen with my other rings.

Kathleen my apologies for not noticing the ring was slightly bent. I am very good about fixing rings that are bent. As you know our items are Estate items and I always show the band part in our pics. If there was an issue it would have been nice to be notified so I could possibly rectify the issue. Sincerest apologies.
