Every so often I run into a auction house that have a smooth shipping department after payment has been made. Mannys is one of those. Item was as descibed and I did not have to wait for a shipping store to get around to shipping item. Item was shipped within 5 days of paid date I will be back many times in future to bid.

I received the wrong item.
I was sent I bracelet I did not bid on, and did not receive the one I did bid on. They made the payment process unnecessarily difficult.

the vase does not hold water, in the ad photo shop the photon is beautiful white on porcelain, actually gray: (I am very disappointed in every way.
