Banknotes bidded were laminated or completely concealed. It will be good for the auctioneer to open and inspect the notes prior to the auction and advise the condition accordingly. This is to prevent the buying of notes which could have been bleached, washed or tampered and it's value greatly discounted by collectors. It will not possible to assess the quality of the bank notes by just looking at the pictures. As such, the advise and assessment provided by the auctioneers will be of paramount importance.
