The shipping was ridiculous over pack and over priced! This company is very deceptive as to your purchase and shipping. I would not ever do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone. Live auctions is not well served allowing them on their site.

Item was shipped in a package way larger than necessary for safety and resulting increased cost was not appreciated.

Items were great and well-described. Wonderful to have zero buyer's premium. Shipping was handled in-house and auction was very responsive, but shipping was a little bit more expensive than I would have expected.

This auction house is runned by very reliable persons. And they give prompt help if needed. I will bid again.

Sadly, they informed me that their warehouse was vandalized, and they were unable to locate my auction purchase (two antique French language books), along with other valuables. They courteously responded to me in a reasonable amount of time, and gave me a full refund. They also stated that if they should locate my purchase, they would send it to me free of charge.
