This auction house on its own motion reversed a transaction when it discovered that a listed lot I had won had undisclosed damage a repair. Absolute professionals. One of the best experiences I have had in 15 years of collecting and bidding.

Happy with the item. They packed and shipped which was convenient. The shipping was fast. I didn't receive a tracking number, however. I would buy from them again.

I am concerned that shill bidding could be happening because they are listing the same items over again that look like they sell the last time. I've bid with them a few times and have been bid up very high on a few pieces. In other cases, I stop bidding and it looks like the lot sells to a different buyer but there the piece is again in their next auction.
