Product description was poor. I believe I was over charged for shipping. Packaging was inadequate and signs were damaged in shipment, and was very slow to ship. The items were exactly as viewed except I didn't check the measurements. They are of fine quality and the experience with the seller was flawless. I can still use the items just not in the same place I had planned. Recommended seller.

Purchased two older mandolin cases these were as described including dust and dirt which is to be expected but functional and as pictured. The process was easy and when contacted for shipping they responded reasonably quickly and made shipping easy.

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is that auction houses you bid from have their own shipping. My experience was awesome here. They don’t write deep descriptions, but they take good photos for you to judge on your own if you are not at the physical auction. No fluff. Shipped in-house and paid the real shipping cost. I don’t even think they charged me for the materials although I would have happily done so as opposed to using a shipping store.

Lodge continually exceeds my expectations, their in house shipping is affordable and works to get my purchases out promptly. Much appreciated for auctions one cannot attend in person. Thanks again!

Have dealt with this auctioneer several times, have been very pleased with the ease and smoothness off the process, would definitely do so again.

Recently won a lot at the lodge auction house and cannot be any happier. The items were even better than I thought, and they did a super job with shipping.

I won two items from the Lodge and wasn’t able to contact them about shipping fast enough. They figured out I won two items (in a big auction) they packaged them together and shipped it to me with one shipping charge. I was really lucky and surprised that I received my win less than a week from when I won!!

Lodge Auction House completed another good transaction for me. Shipping cost was fair, received items as promised.

I was very pleased with the items I bid on, the photos and descriptions were accurate. Shipping was very quick and reasonably priced.

This Seller listed a single Auction that took place over three consecutive days. I bid upon and won 2 items-one on the first day of the auction and one on the second day of the auction. Both items I won were small Brass keys that could easily fit together in a small manilla envelope. Neither the Seller nor the LiveAuctioneers had said on the Auction webpage these 2 auction days were considered two distinct and unrelated auctions from the same Seller with separate invoices with separate s/h/p charges that could not be combined for s/h/p savings. Consequently, I was charged an unnecessary $10 s/h/p for each Brass Key ($20 total s/h/p). LiveAuctioneers declined to contact the Seller and have the s/h/p combined for the Brass Keys and reduce my s/h/p cost by 50 % because the LA Auction advertisement was misleading. LiveAuctioneers told me to contact the Seller who setup these s/h/p terms and conditions and ask if the Seller would modify the s/h/p cost. The Seller apparently made online changes to the invoice to waive the s/h/p charge for one key after I called them by telephone. However the Seller's updated s/h/p waiver was not recognized by the LA website. I again had to call LiveAuctioneers to modify the invoice to reflect the s/h/p waiver granted by the Seller. IMHO, these s/h/p concerns would have been avoided if I had been sent a single Auction invoice for the two items purchased from the same Seller in the same auction with combined s/h/p.
