There was a breakage issue during shipping but the auction house bent over backwards to resolve the problem to my complete satisfaction. Kudos to them!

Buyers fee is too high other than that I have no complaints.

Care must be taken when shipping arrowheads. If in a riker case, place bubble wrap between glass and points and pin cover down well so they don't move against each other. Never together all in one plastic bag., If no case they need rolled up in bubble wrap making sure they are separated by at least 1 layer. All in all though, very satisfied with the deal and will do business again with Scottsdale. A good auctioneeer.

At times I will have an online pre bid first and lose to another bidder with same bid. Not sure it happened with Scotsdale

Would highly recommend this particular auction house. I had a vastly different experience with East Coast Fine Art LLC-the item was found by an expert to be a fraud and the auction house refused to consider refunding my money.

Have always had a good experience with this auction house.
