I purchased many lots and was dissatisfied to find that 6 of my original signed lithographs were reproductions. One even has that note stamped on the back. I don’t collect reproductions. I bought a medusa bronze with resin statue. It turned out to be a plastic toy shipped from Spain. Cost me $181.00 total. On the bottom is a sticker only partially removed with 1.99 visible. I presume that is Euros or roughly $3.00. I will be looking at the pictures, but not buying again.

I won 3 items. All 3 were advertised as diamond rings. When I went to insure them I was informed that they are not diamonds. I have sent request asking for correcting this, but have had no response.

I received the survey request before I received the item... Item was bid on after reading credit cards would be accepted. After bid, I was told funds needed to be sent via wire, costing me an additional $25 and a trip to the bank. I became nervous after I sent the funds and requested confirmation and received no response. I only received a response after sending an additional email saying I was concerned that I had been scammed. I confirmed shipping details and waited an additional few days and then again contacted the shipper looking for confirmation. Shipper responded that they had not received my previous email.

I do not trust them at all and the experience I had means I will probably never use the liveauctioneers service again.

I emailed and called the auction house to let them know the dimensions they posted were not accurate and I could not use the art since it was smaller than I needed for a certain wall. I am trying to sell it now bc I cant use it. The auction house never reached out to discuss my disappointment.

This auction house claimed that the two artwork I purchased were lithographs, when they are clearly digital prints. However, I am not able to return them due to the terms of the sale.
