Our experiences with this auction house are hit or miss... unfortunately, the customer service is consistently a "miss." Also, not many bargains to be had anymore so it makes the whole experience less than worth it.

My go to Auction House

Auction houses need to do something about shipping. UPS wanted to charge me $35 to ship a small $7 item. I told the auction house to just keep the item after I paid for it.

Always a refreshing experience to go through your catalogs. Puts some fun into shopping at auction.

Don’t buy from this auction house. After making a few previous purchases, my most recent purchase came without a part. The shipper seems to have left it out of the shipping box. The auctioneer only referred me to the shipper — and then no further expressed concern or follow-up. The auctioneer’s recommended shipper provided no adequate proof of the item having been packed. In effect, they flipped me off. I have a low opinion of both entities. Avoid them
