Did not described damage to Item
Sold me a damaged item but told me it was my fault because I didn't ask for a condition report. They described scratches so I thought that was the extent of the damage but they failed to mention that the metal item was completely bent. I sent them pictures they said i didn't. Such bad customer service. Beware!!!!!!!

NO REGRETS!
Some of my favorite things... were purchased here. BH auctions off wonderful, often unique items, which are described in detail. For each item, there is a multitude of photos, highlighting any defects, so that I can shop with confidence. I have made many purchases here and have never regretted one. (I can't say the same for purchases from other auction houses.) The staff is friendly and super efficient. Pickup never lasts more than 5 minutes.
