I like what they offer but because they are not good in delivering items in a timely manner I am not sure if I will continue to do bidding with them. Very disappointing?.

Today is Dec 4th. I paid for my item on nov 18th and have still not received it. Perhaps they could look into doing a better job in this section.

Somewhat disappointed in the quality of the product, as was my jeweler. The "GLA , is just a name anyone can set up, report is NOT a" GIA "appraisal which is somewhat misleading. I did not expect the ring purchased to be one of a kind but less than 48 hours they had another identical ring up for auction with the same identical description down to the caret weight of each stone, etc., etc.. How likely is that and how many hundreds did they make? In checking other items which have the same story and description. How likely is that? Should have returned the ring for a refund but now I have worn the ring once and one of the very small diamonds fell out at some point.

We have not advertised any GIA certificates. We sell thousands of pieces-some diamonds are bound to fall out. Instead of negative comments, reach out to us and we will take care of it!

I highly recommend this auction house; we had, due to the photos and my personal uncertainties of part of the business lots of mails going back and forth. The auction house has a great communication and was very helpful.
