I asked the auction house to hold my shipments until I returned from a trip. They were very responsive to my needs.

They Take a loooooong time to get back to you. I paid for the item plus shipping over 10 days ago and they haven't sent me any information on when they will ship the item to me. However in the past they were great helping me solve a shipping problem that was really a UPS problem.

The owners were VERY helpful.... Had a friend pick up the merchandise.... 11 paintings 800 mile trip.. one way. They were friendly, responsive to my needs... helped pack and load the paintings..... I will look forward to the next Slotin Auction.... will most certainly buy from them again. Cudos Sotin

Shipping was fast, however, I wish a photo of my item wasn't taped to the outside of my shipping box. With rare items, I would hope package handlers wouldn't not tamper with future, unique items.

Responded almost immediately to inquiry regarding item condition. Slotin does shipping in-house with their own staff and item was extremely well packaged and arrived in a very timely manner at a great cost. This is probably the sixth or seventh piece I have purchased from them and have had the same service every time. Highly recommended.

One of the BEST auction houses we have ever worked with buying at auction. We couldn't be there the day of the auction so we bid online. The next day we went over and picked up all we bought during the second day of the auction. They had plenty of help to get us checked out and loaded up. Everyone told us this is a great auction we just had never been before. Now we can't wait until November when they have there next big auction.

I was invoiced for shipping and I am doing a local pickup. One invoice I paid because shipping was not added on. I'm still waiting on a corrected invoice for my first purchase. I have emailed and left messages, still no invoice.

Still have not received items and it has been 2 weeks... From my understanding they are still waiting to be shipped.
