It’s been a few weeks since I won and there’s been nothing from their end. They were paid immediately and I haven’t seen nor heard anything else after I paid... very suspect!

I haven’t heard from the auction house about my sale from anyone-you’re the first!! It’s disturbing because there is no functional way to communicate with them!!!! WTF.

Artwork offered was fake.

I have sent several email to the auction house without response. The item was paid for when invoice was received but I have not received item.

This place is a sham. See previous email. They do not have art and are crooks.

To this date I still don't have my prints that I won at auction and paid for three weeks ago. Communication was such an issue after I won that I considered reaching out to live auctioneers. After me calling and calling I finally got through. The only communication that I get regarding the status of my order is when I initiate it. To boot I now have issues regarding the description of the prints seeing how they are so "rare" that the exact set is listed by the same auction house weeks later. If I could cancel the order and get my money back I would. The "auction house" seems to be a very amateur operation and not one I would ever consider participating in again.

Some auctions are accurate and some are cleaver with the wording to be deceptive. I feel live auction should scrutinize the C. O A. to make sure the product is true and real.

Sent wrong piece & displayed wrong description.. I own PeyerMax & have the Park West Gallery Description of his works-not a "mixed Media!" And wrong piece sent to me! Obviously. Standard GI Lee & "bait & switch" tactic!!! Completely misleading!!!! Should Insue!??? I do have a layer in the family!!! Hmmmmm. A waste of time & money??? Hmmmmmm free family help but! So stupid.! Bad auction house not helpful or willing to address the straight forward concern of their obvious misdirection and deception!

To date, they have refused to honor my winning bid and sell me the print, claiming someone put in the wrong price, despite my being the lone bid on the item. (They subsequently offered to sell it to ma at a grossly inflated price.) Their amoral business practice makes me call into question my continuing to use your site to purchase art (and I probably buy $10-15, 000 worth of art annually). They certainly reflect poorly on your company.

It's been over 1 month since the auction... and my payment... and I still don; t have my art. I've called 3X and keep getting promised that it will be mailed but nothing happens,

you are not asking at all about the ART they are trying to sell: they are reproducing famous artist ` s prints, but not as lithos but simple cheap photo prints!! And they put them in cheap frames they don ´ t show in the auction. And of course it is all done illegally without any license of the artists foundation! They shoul be thrown out of Liveauctions!!!!

No one return callS. I'm beginning to question the purchases I made from the previous auctions, "NOT A HAPPY CAMPER ANYMORE"
