Seemed to be unorganized as they were moving offices, I understand. But my main concern was the packaging and shipping was horrible and I'm surprised that my item even arrived at all. The motor and fixtures were totally ripped apart from the box. What I thought my be a simple restoration is now going to be a complete restoration. It should have been double boxed with proper materials for it's weight. A few soft rags and paper in a thin cardboard box wasn't too good.
