good people to work with as a buyer and seller

For the auction held on October 30 I completed payment for an item I won on November 5. I included payment for shipping (by the auction house) as well but the item has still not been shipped, no tracking number, and no response to my emails. I may be forced to contact PayPal and contest the charges. This company does not appear to be reputable and should be reviewed by LiveAuctioneers.

I won the auction for a pair of chairs. When they went to load them on the truck for delivery they were missing. Turns out they had sold them to someone in house the night of the auction. Though I won the auction bidding online with you, they went to the underbidder that was in house. They told me that the online clerk and the auctioneer on the floor did not communicate that I had won the lot. So, I'd say it went badly.

I've been bidding with Uniques for years and it has always been a positive experience. Kent is very knowledgeable and always helpful.

My problem is I bought a couch that arrived today and not the same color as was presented by you. Big mistake. Secondly I bought 2 chairs (Empire) and they arrived with a leg broken and wrapped separately. You need to be honest and report correctly your items because now I am beginning to distrust.

The first time I visited the website, I was in trouble because of my family. However, I paid each time I bought the website. Since the checking account was accepted by the other side, the rest were paid on time. Why have you closed my account so many times?

I'm glad they take PayPal. This is my payment of choice for my shop on Ruby Lane. Shipping was extremely reasonable.

As with many of the auctions houses, Regency, Time & Again, Main Auction and even Rago-BUYER BEWARE. Many of these auction houses don't disclose condition fully or at al unless you ask and take photos to enhance the condition. Regency is particularly BAD.

I arranged the pick up myself. My two purchases were as expected although have yet to be appraised.

They were very accommodating with after hours pick up. This above and beyond. Much appreciated.
