Very responsive seller and very helpful
My item was delayed due to the Canada Post strike and unfortunately tracking was not working. The seller was very responsive to my messages and very patient. I received my package a little late but not a fault of the seller. It was perfectly packaged and exactly as described.

Incredibly careful and competent packing
I won a sensitive measurement instrument (a barograph) from A & A. It has five beveled glass panels in its removeable lid and a precision mechanism inside. I was concerned about whether it would survive shipping. It did, thanks to the remarkable packing job by someone at A & A. I am very grateful that they took such care and would be delighted to purchase from them again.
