Item not as described/misleading
2/3 diamonds were moissanite. not real gold. 1/3 of the diamonds were lab grown. not the size claimed in description.

Great auction house to work with.
They packaged my winnings in house, which I appreciate because of the much lower cost of shipping, as apposed to "pack and ship" store front. Professionally packed and shipped fast.

Good Auction Company to Deal With
The item was shipped fairly quickly. It was a little pricey with additional fees on the transfer to the shipping company. But, it was well packed and the item arrived safe and sound. Would do business with this auctioneer again. Trustworthy.

Blue Ribbon Gold Medal Customer care
I was traveling when the auction closed, & I was having trouble paying the invoice on my cell phone. I called Crawford Family Auctions and a "real live person" answered the phone; she was very helpful & pleasant. After successfully paying for my item, there was a question about the name & address to which I wanted the item shipped. That proved to be an obstacle at first but then Joe in Shipping helped me through that hurdle. Honestly, it was such a pleasure to speak to real people who made me feel like they loved their jobs and appreciated the opportunity to help me. Very pleasant eperience to encounter such nice helpful & efficient people, especially when compared to calling customer service in this automated AI era.
