About Daniel Buck Appraisals Daniel Buck Soules has been involved in the Antiques, Art and Auction business for more than 40 years and has been an auctioneer since 1976. Daniel has conducted auction sales in Massachusetts, Michigan, Connecticut and Maine and has been involved in appraisal days throughout the United States including California, Washington, Nevada, Ohio, Arkansas, Illinois and Florida, and also for such prestigious museums as the Smithsonian Institute. Daniel frequently conducts auctions for non-profit charities throughout the United States. One of the auctions conducted was held to benefit the USS Saratoga Museum and was hosted at the private residence of the Honorable Governor and Mrs. Donald Carcieri in Narragansett, Rhode Island, and has also conducted sales for the Ted Williams Museum. You may recognize Daniel Buck Soules as a frequent appraiser on the two-time Emmy nominated PBS television show "Antiques Roadshow." Daniel has been an (on air) appraiser of Decorative Arts, Silver and Collectibles with the Antiques Roadshow since 1999 and has appraised many items on air. He also has been guest auctioneer for the PBS television station in Providence, RI and for Community Television in Lee, MA.
