Brand Used Works is a great auction house and the staff, like Kim are great.

The description was not accurate. Stated Harrington Richardson, but photos showed Iver Johnson. I saw the error pior to bidding. Have not received the item due to no fault of Brand Used Works. Fault lies with the FFL that it was shipped to.

The people who I have dealt with are very professional and the items are always as represented. They are great to work with.

My only whine would be with the shipping issues that arose. I was told it was the first time they messed up an order by leaving the price of the items on the shipping recipe. Hence, the FLL location knew what I paid for each arm. Besides that, it was a pleasure, and I applaud Kim and the team!

description seems to think you know what warriorwear is. am old school. elbowpads do not slip into a pouch and they have adjustable bands worn under but mostly outside of clothing. what a suprise i got when i got a box of mouse pads.!!!!!!

People were nice about the situation but you should never pack a take down 22 in the stock, it's more expensive to ship for one thing and way more apt to get damaged. It's just a recipe for disaster. I still have found no replacement stock but they did knock off $100 dollars. FedEx, USPS, UPS all have issues breaking gun stocks. Sometimes it's poor packaging sometimes it's rough treatment. I'd buy from Brand Works again but this go round was not a great experience. Thanks!
