Everyone in the auction, payment, and shipping was extremely professional and polite. The only problem I had was that the state of IL will not allow my FFL to receive any of the Walther pistols I purchase from out of state. This problem was resolved extremely quickly with they going to sell each pistol for me. These are very honorable, conscientious people who it will be my honor to deal with again, and again.

Frankly, they are excellent to do business with and one of the best auction houses out there period, not just firearms and accessories. We live in times where customer service is in short supply and badly needed across the board and Brand Used Works has always gone out of their way to please me as a customer and make my business feel appreciated. Missing Manual and night sight very dim. Cost me $120.00 to have them replaced.

Turned out to a grate lot of shot shells. It had more than was described. there was a bunch of 10 gauge and pin fire and rim fire shells.

I supposedly won the auction I was waiting for. It was a small item ($50) but it's what I needed. It showed I won & I awaited the invoice to make payment. Instead, I received a automated notice that the auction house wanted to retract my winning bid. No explanation, no personal note, no phone call describing why they wanted to negate my winning bid. I reached out to them & after a few days I was contacted by someone. They were very nice but described their process of using multiple sites during the auction for on-line bidding & that I had actually "tied" with someone else using a different platform/bidding service. In cases like that, it's more like a rock, paper, scissors approach to who actually gets the item. I just wonder how this would work if bidders treated their winning bids the same way. I guarantee it would not be appreciated much. So... I was the looser & was asked to rescind my bid. Not a happy camper. Nice auctions with lots of items & some with very nice prices. Just not interested in being the loosing guy of the winning bidders with this auction house again.
