True to their word
I was skeptical of their in-house shipping, but the cost ended up being reasonable, given my almost 20 years experience buying from auction. And there was no damage, which I can't say happens when I use UPS stores. Groan. I will not be afraid to buy from them again.

Very smooth process
Being from Canada and not having made a purchase from an online auction before I was a bit trepidatious. I won the auction, epic auction emailed me telling me what to expect then everything kind of happened automatically culminating in me having my item in my hands within a week. I was kind of staggered actually. I would not hesitate to buy from them for a second!

Best shipping I’ve encountered
Easily the best packing job I’ve encountered for any auction items. Everything was very well protected but removal of packing materials from the individual items was extremely easy. They were unnecessarily wrapped in a ton of plastic packing tape like so many auction shipments are.

I was not pleased with the products that I received. I felt that the picture was extremely deceiving. For what you pay for the product and shipping it just wasn’t worth it. I also feel that your shipping that you charge is high shouldn’t be that high thank you very much too

I spoke to this bidder directly on the phone. She literally had no idea that there was a description to read explaining what this lot was or that there was more than one photo. She never read the description or looked at the other detailed photos. She didn't understand that you could click on the photos and zoom in to see more details either. She agreed to remove the 1-star review, but here it is still... The items were described accurately and the photos showed all the details of the jewelry that she purchased.

If you want to be treated like you don’t matter deal with these people, Brad Stoeker
I participate in auctions on a daily basis sometimes in other countries. If you have a concern you will not be heard here. Not only was Brad rude but he also used profanity when talking to me just completely unprofessional. I will never buy anything from these people again. They claim 40 years experience I don’t know how they lasted this long. Classless.

This individual contacted me after our recent jewelry auction screaming at me about the fact that we would not be providing the tracking number for jewelry shipments from this auction. I attempted to explain that this was due to issues we have had in the past with scammers bidding on jewelry, redirecting the delivery to another address, and then filing a chargeback for non-delivery. I could NOT get him to understand this and why we do it. This was clearly posted in our terms and conditions and shipping information. The customer was extremely rude and yelled at me. We provide top notch customer service, but this guy wanted to listen to nothing I had to say. The only one using profanity was the bidder. Our feedback rating is very clear about the quality service we provide. But, I will not be bullied by abusive bidders. This buyer's package was delivered in under FIVE DAYS after the auction with absolutely no issues!
