Great Auction House!

I've only been buying from them for about a year, but they are one of my favorite auction houses to deal with. Professional, friendly, helpful. No words can describe how pleasant all of my interactions with them have been. As long as they're in business, I'll be a bidder.

I have bought several things from this auction over the years, including a box truck 14 years ago for $30, 000 This time I bought an inexpensive object from this auction house and paid via ach (a domestic wire). They confirmed the money was in their account but said I had to send them an international wire and pay their wire fees in addition to my wire fees for an object that was less than $400. When I told the owner this was absurd his little man complex kicked in and he went nuts. I even have the voicemail where he called me an a ** hole because I pointed out his obnoxious and controlling behavior

I bid and won a upholstered chair and drove out to their warehouse to pick it up. Their staff was very expeditious, pleasant to deal with and helpful. Our chair was in the condition as described during the auction.
